어제 잡아온 조개로 봉골레파스타를 만들어보았습니다~
해감에 최소 하루 반이나 이틀이 필요한 아주 귀찮은 녀석이지만 맛은 최고인 명주조개입니다
적당량을 수돗물에 씻어 놓고선,
마늘과 매운고추를 올리브오일을 두르고 약한불에 볶았습니다
그리고 파스타면을 육수에 삶아 놓구선
볶아놓은 마늘과 고추에 조개를 투하해서 볶기 시작합니다
면이 다 익으면 면까지 함께 적당히 볶으면 됩니다
아이들이 너무 맛있다니 다행입니다~
