연휴때 욕심내고 가져온 대파를 쳐다만 보고 있다가..문득 어머니 손길이 아까워서 손을댑니다

길게 보기좋은거 보단 먹을대 편해야 자주 먹게되더라구요 ^^ "한잎사이즈"

파뿌리 용도는 따로 있답니다

절이기 : 소금물을 팔팔 끌여 바로 붓 습니다 <대파 미끄덩 거리는거 제거와 아삭식감을 살려줄 포인트>

밀가루풀 : 액젓 + 설탕 +약간소금 미리 간간하게 만듭니다

10분정도 절인다음 찬물에 간단샤워

더하기 간장 초절임도 ...비율은 아시죠 <1:1:1:1.5> 간장 : 식초 : 설탕 : 물 입니다 ㅎㅎ

          와~ 귀한 대파김치 완전 맛나보여요. 대파 초절임도 맛나보입니다.
          전 아직도 김치가 가장 어렵더라고요. 척척 만들어내는 모습이 부럽습니다. ^^
