실외의 미세 먼지 농도가 '나쁨'이더라도 「요리할 때는 미세 먼지가 폭발」적으로 아주 매우 무척 정말 많이 나오기 때문에 바깥이 춥거나 덥더라도「창문을 반드시 30㎝ 이상 열고, 환풍기를 돌려 환기를 시켜」 대류 현상으로 「안과 밖의 공기가 흐르게 해야」 한다.
