I want to start steam with high expectations(잘부탁드립니다 스티미언여러분!)

Hi, this is Mr. Steemian who signed up for the first time on the platform called Steam and tried to write the first posting like this. I was thinking about what to write at first, but I think it would be good to introduce myself.

When I was in high school, I was a normal person, but I became a burning young man who actively challenged me through my college years. The challenges in various fields have made me a patient and active person.

Struggling for a musical in college has changed me a lot. He practiced with sweat, was confident on stage, and was still nervous, breathing and sweating behind the dark stage. Through the musical, I felt that it took a lot of practice and perseverance behind the glamour and dignity, and I felt confident that I could do anything.

Since then, I have tried to sell bracelets. They made bracelets and sold them at festivals and markets. It was my experience to be a small company where I was always a customer and I personally deal with customers. We talked like friends with a wide range of customers, and we wrote each one a good calligraphy script. I learned how to communicate with new people by communicating with someone who might have passed by on the street. Through these various experiences, I have grown into an active person.

My weakness is that I speak fast. I thought that these shortcomings could be fatal disadvantages of communication problems for flight attendants who provide in-flight broadcasting and services. I practiced speaking slowly and clearly through CS instructor class. In fact, when I'm still excited, my words get faster, but I try to control them consciously.

My strength is that I'm a good team member. What I felt was that there were no unvalued members on the team, one of them, doing various school activities and other external activities. There are team members who don't necessarily do a good job, but they seem to be passive, but they are able to analyze the team thoroughly. I always try to cooperate in the attitude of a " good team " because I know that finding and collaborating on the merits and benefits of a person rather than criticizing him for his lack.

From now on, I will become a sports magazine with good writing, experience, and active communication. Thank you. :)

안녕하세요 처음 스팀잇이란 플랫폼에 가입해 이렇게 첫 포스팅을 써보려고하는 스티미언입니다. 처음에 어떤글을 적을까 고민하다가 간단한 자기소개가 좋을것 같아 지금부터 저에대해서 소개해볼까 합니다

고등학교 시절의 저는 평범함 그 자체였지만 대학생활을 통해 ‘적극적으로 도전하는 불타는 청춘’이 되어있었습니다. 다양한 분야의 도전은 저를 끈기 있고 적극적인 사람으로 만들어 주었습니다.

대학시절 뮤지컬에 도전한 것은 저를 많이 변화시켰습니다. 사람들과 땀 흘려 연습하였고 무대에서는 당당했으며 어두운 무대 뒤에서는 숨죽여 땀을 닦으며 긴장을 놓지 않았습니다. 뮤지컬을 통해 화려함과 당당함 뒤에는 무수한 연습과 끈기가 필요하다는 것을 느꼈으며 어떤 일도 해낼 수 있다는 자신감이 생겼습니다.

그 이후 팔찌 장사에 도전했습니다. 팔찌를 만들어 축제와 플리 마켓에서 판매했습니다. 늘 고객이었던 제가 직접 고객을 응대하는 작은 회사가 되는 경험이었습니다. 다양한 고객과 친구처럼 대화했고 한 분 한 분께 캘리그래피로 좋은 글귀도 적어드렸습니다. 어쩌면 길에서 지나쳤을 사람과 소통하며 새로운 사람과의 소통법을 배웠습니다. 이런 다양한 경험을 통해 적극적인 사람으로 성장했습니다.

저의 단점은 말이 빠르다는 것입니다. 이런 단점은 기내방송과 서비스를 제공하는 승무원으로서 의사소통에 문제를 일으킬 수도 있는 치명적인 단점이 될 수도 있다고 생각했습니다. 저는 CS 강사 수업을 통해 보이스 트레이닝을 하며 또박또박 천천히 말하는 연습을 했습니다. 사실 아직까지도 신이 나면 말이 빨라지곤 하지만 의식적으로 속도를 조절하려 노력하고 있습니다.

저의 장점은 ‘좋은 팀원’이라는 것입니다. 다양한 교내활동과 대외활동을 하며 느낀 것은 어느 팀원 하나 소중하지 않은 팀원이 없다는 것이었습니다. 꼭 일을 잘 하지 못하더라도 팀의 분위기를 밝게 만드는 팀원이 있고, 소극적인 것 같지만 꼼꼼하게 분석할 수 있는 팀원이 있습니다. 그 사람의 부족한 부분을 원망하기 보다 고마운 부분과 장점을 찾아 협동하는 것이 좋은 결과를 가져온다는 것을 알기에 항상 ‘좋은 팀원’의 자세로 협동하기 위해 노력합니다.
