스팀잇여러분 안녕하세요.
오늘 까지 휴일을 보내고 계시겠네요.
제도 며칠동안 혼자 가계를 지키고 있답니다.
일하는 언니도 없이 일하고 있네요.

물론.딸기지요. 딸기 암시롱 뭐물어!
하겠지만
묻는 이유가 있어요.
건조딸기예요

어제 저녁에 딸기 꼭지를 따서 건조기에 말렸담니다.
지금이야 딸기가 흔하지만
구하기 어렵고 없을때.
먹기도하구.
데코용 으로 사용하려고 말렸답니다
건조시킬때 온도가 약하면 쪼글 쪼글해지고 색깔이 검게 변한담니다.
온도를 세게하면 풍뎅이 과자처럼 푸석거리면서
맛 새콤하답니다.
식감이 바나나킥 과자랑 비슷..
생딸기 보다 예쁘진않지만 검붉은 색과 핑크빛으로 변한답니다.
