이제 5주차의 결과물이 나왔습니다
그동안 포스팅을 쉬었는데요(이유: 너무 더워서ㅠㅠ)
이제 무더위가 한풀 꺽여가는 느낌이네요

저번 한주 동안 무난히 일만 걸음씩 걸었습니다
크게 힘든것은 없었습니다
다만 제가 과식을 하는 버릇이 있는데
소식으로 바꿔야 겠다는 생각을 해 보았습니다

다음주도 기대해 주세요~
