약사 유리광 칠불 본원 공덕경

그때 대중 가운데 12야차 대장도 자리를 같이하고 있었는데
그 이름은 궁바라 대장,
발절라 대장,
미기라 대장,
알이라 대장,
말이라 대장,
사이라 대장,
인다라 대장,
바이라 대장,
부호라 대장,
진달라 대장,
주두라 대장,
비갈라 대장들이었다.

이 12야차 대장에게는 각기 칠천인의 부하 야차가 같이 있어
그 권속이 되어 있었는데, 그들이 모두 일시에 소리를 내어
부처님께 사뢰어 말하였다.(8-26)

Each of these twelve chariot captains had seven thousand subordinate chariots with him.
