오늘의 푸드스토리에서는 국물맛이 진한 '진 양평해장국'을알려 드리고자 합니다. 주소는 경기 부천시 양지로 99(지번 : 범박동 208-5) 이고, 전화번호는 032-343-2232 입니다.
우리팀은 소곱창 전골을 주문했었는데요, 가격대는 무난한 편입니다.
처음 가게에 들어가면 간단한 밑반찬이 나옵니다.
여기까진 여느 음식점과 비교해서 특별할것은 없습니다.
이곳은 육수를 미리 준비해서 놓아주는 것이 간편했습니다.
점점 끓어가는 전골에서 이미 맛있는 냄새가 올라옵니다.
각종 버섯과 야체들, 그리고 전골의 조합이 아주 좋습니다.
역시 가장 큰 핵심은 역시 소곱창이겠죠. 아주 진한 맛이 느껴지는 제대로된 곱창전골입니다.
이슬이와 함께 진하게 맛있는 곱창전골을 먹은 우리팀은 역시 마지막 하일라이트인 밥을 비벼 먹어야합니다.
주걱으로 슥삭슥삭 비빌 때 부터 이미 배는 부르지만 충분히 더 먹을 자신이 생깁니다.
언제난 마지막은 밥을 비벼 먹어줘야 성이 찹니다.
