천안에 사는초등동창생이 보내준 호두과자입니다.
덕분에 시험공부하는 울아들ㆍ딸에게좋은 먹거리가 되어
가방에 넣어주었지요~~

친정아버지가 주신 땅콩으로 지은 땅콩밥
합쌀:현미:땅콩 1:2:한줌땅콩
밥이 찰지고 땅콩도부드럽고 고소함이 적당합니다.

    땅콩을 자주 드시네요.
    쪄서먹고 밥 지어먹고 하면 정말 건강에 좋겠어쇼.
    호두과자는 따끈하게 전자렌지에 살짝 돌리면 더 맛있겠네요!

      지퍼팩에 담아 냉동실에 보관후
      렌지에 돌려먹으면 휴게소에서 먹던 그 맛~~
