친정엄마가 감기로 고생을 하셔서 닭백숙을 해드리려고 마트에간 남편에게 닭을 작은걸루 두개 사오라고 했더니 두개 들어 있는걸루 두봉지를 사왔더라구여 ㅎㅎ
두마리는 닭백숙 맛나게 해먹고 남은 아이들로 뭘해먹을까 검색하다 만든 오븐 취킨 !!!
제가 만들었지만 넘나 맛있어서 비법 공유해요 ㅎㅎ
닭한마리 흐르는물에 깨끗이 씻어서 물기를 조금 빼주구요 !
집에 있는 올리브 오일과 소금 반수저 파슬리 조금 버터를 녹여서 잘 섞어 주세요 !
레시피에는 버터는 안들어 갔는데 고소할거 같아 넣었는데 더 맛있었던거 같아요 !!
오븐 예열할때 살짝 넣어두니 따로 버터를 렌지에 돌려서 녹이지 않아도 되어서 편했어요 ㅎ
잘섞은 오일을 치덕치덕 발라주시구요!
15분간 숙성 시키기 !! 냉장고에 잠시 넣어 두세요.
230도에 30분씩 앞뒤로 뒤집에서 구워주세요 .30분 타이머로 앞 굽고 뒤집에서 30분 구워주니 딱 알맞게 익은거 같아요
껍질은 바삭 속은 촉촉 기름에 튀기지 않아 더욱 건강하게 즐길수 있는 오븐 취킨 완성 !!!
손쉽게 오븐에 돌리기만 했을뿐인데 사먹는거 만큼 맛있었어요 ㅎㅎ
