요즘 다시 살찌는 기분이 들어
운동을 다시 시작했어요 ㅠㅠ
새 친구 샌드백입니다 ㅋ
기존 웨이트만 하다가 샌드백을 치니 땀도 많이나고 엄청 재밌네요 ㅋㅋ
샌드백과 함께 온 글러브 ㅋ
첨에 이거 있는지도 모르고 쳤다가 손 아파 죽는 줄 알았습니다 ㅠ
글러브 끼니 괜찬네요 ㅋㅋ
마지막으로 나의 베프 자전거!
자전거가 왔습니다 ㅋㅋ
길거리에서 못타는게 아쉽지만 이걸로 만족합니다 ㅎㅎ
이 모든걸 사주신 부장님께 감사를 ㅠㅠ 열심히 운동해서 몸짱으로 돌아오겠습니다!

권투 글러브는 맞는 사람이 아니고 때리는 사람 보호용이라는 말을 들었던것 같습니다. ^^ 사람이마가 단단해서 손이 부러진다고 들었네요. 그래서 축구 헤딩도 이마로 하나 봅니다. 운동 열심히 하시고 몸짱되세요
