전에 막걸리가 먹고 싶다던 신랑
내가 해줄께!!!!
마침 냉동실에 얼른 먹어버려야할 새우가 있어서
중새우 10마리 이상 들어간 새우부추전 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
새우가 많으니까 감칠맛도 나고 맛있다.
바삭한 전 만들고싶어 찾아서 알아낸 팁!
- 전분가루 섞기
- 반죽(?)시 얼음물로
- 식용유 조금 넣어서 반죽하기
- 기름넣어 지지기
얼마전 건대 모 술집에서 먹은
꿀막걸리가 생각나서
사온막걸리에 꿀도 타서 섞어놓고
이제보니 첫장이라 탈까봐 쫄아서 바싹 못구웠네ㅋㅋ
후잉 꿀막걸리 꿀들어가서 그런가 꿀맛이넹
비오는걸 싫지만..
비오는날 전에 막걸리는 꿀맛!
