안녕하세요 스팀잇의 피터박입니다 꾸벅

옛날에 @venti 샘이 해주신 말이 있는데

내 정수리에 누가 뭐를 걸어서

천장에 메달아 놨다고 생각하고 걸으면

걷는것만 잘해도

운동을 안해도 된다고 하신적이 있습니다

필라테스를 배우는 요즘

사실 그 말을 정말 많이 실감합니다

누가 나를 메달아 놓은 듯한 걸음

정말정말 좋은 운동인것 같아요

오늘부터 한번 시작 해보세요

평소 의식적으로 하시면 아마

바르게 걷는 자세처럼

인생도 바르게 쭉쭉 펴지실겁니다

무엇이든

기본이 참 중요한것 같습니다
