It's not coming as a shock to many that alts are performing better than Bitcoin at the moment. Transaction times and fees are really hurting Bitcoin and it's so sad to see.
Litecoin has surged recently and Ethereum is not far off its high while Bitcoin is some $600 away from the magical $3000 mark - I have no doubt we will see this again but when?
We need consensus quickly if Bitcoin is to remain as number 1. Without this Bitcoin could fade away to insignificance all too soon!

Bitcoin is ok, it's just that it's price is so high it takes more money for it to move up, the other coins with much less value, require less investment to double or triple their value very quickly. I think Bitcoin's price will be stabilized near where it is right now at least for a month.

I was noticing the market capitalization of Bitcoin and Ethereum earlier today. It looks like Bitcoin is at $40 billion and Ethereum is at $34 Billion.
I'm no expert, but it would seem that Ethereum is catching up to, and may soon surpass, Bitcoin in market capitalization. I suppose that if/when that happens, Ethereum will receive a bit of a bump or a spike in value for having reached that milestone. And, I'm thinking... I need to buy some Ethereum before that happens!
