어제 회로 먹고 남은 연어를 아들에게 아점으로 연어 스테이크를
해주었어요^^ 솜씨는 없지만^^
일단 버터를 가득 두르고~~
연어는 무조건 양파가 답이지요^^
소스는 양파 사과 그리고 피자 먹고 받은 피클 신의 한 수라 할 수 있는 ㅋㅋ
파슬리가루 살짝
비주얼은 조금 그렇지만 팬케익하고 같이 ~~
아들과 함께 토요일 이라 브런치 집에서 잘 먹었습니다 ^^
만드는 과정을 까먹고 찍지를 않아서 다음 번에는 과정까지 같이 올리겠습니다^^
