한달에 한번 하는 영업회의를 갑자기 잡아서
회의 자료도 준비 못했는데
매출이 너무 저조해서 자료도 필요 없으시단다
주 회의 안건은
열심히 많이 팔아라!!
어려울수록 직원들끼리 단합이 중요
원자재가 올라가서 매출 규모는 커지는데
생산량은 안 따라 주고
이익도 없고 ㅜ ㅜ
불경기를 어떻게 이겨낼것인가
무조건 많이 생산할수 있게
대책을 세워 영업하라는데
수요처는 점점 줄어들고
위로 올라가면 운임에서 많이 차이나고
밑에 지방은 단가가 안 맞고
우리 지역은 공사 현장이 없다
핑계거리만 늘어 놓는다
주 거래처 놓치지 않게 관리
신규 거래처 개척!!
최악의 8월 이었다.
남은 기간동안 매출목표 올릴 수 있도록
잘 벼텨 보자!! 아쟈아쟈!!
