추위가 좀 누그러진 주말이네요! @sonkijo입니다!!
오늘도 역시 한식 포스팅을 올리려 합니다 :D
집에서 간단하게 볶음밥 많이 해드실거에요, 그쵸?
볶음밥하면 김치, 스팸, 장조림, 버터, 계란 등등이 떠오르실거에요
하지만!!!!! 조금은 특별하게 만든 볶음밥을 보여드릴게요
자! 본론으로 가지요, 만드는데 필요한 식재료는
차돌박이, 비엔나 소세지, 콩나물, 당연히 밥, 대파, 청양고추, 두반장, 설탕, 통후추, 김~~!
재료 손질은 기본으로 마치신 후!
송송 썰은 대파로 파기름을 내준 후 야들야들 차돌박이를 구워요
콩나물은 뜨거운물에 2~3분만 데친 후 찬물에 식혀주시고!
파기름에 구운 차돌박이에 식힌 콩나물을 넣어주시고 쏘세지도 썰어 넣어요
여기서 포인트는 두반장을 1.5큰술 정도 넣고 설탕을 0.5큰술 !
저는 두반장만 넣으면 조금은 쌉싸름(@$?)한 맛이 나서 설탕을 넣었어요!!
이렇게 밥이랑 볶을 아이들을 다 볶은 후에 밥 넣고 볶으시면 끄읕!!
입맛에 따라서 청양 고추는 더해주셔도 좋아요 ㅎㅎ
저는 매운걸 좋아하기에 2개나 넣었답니다
예쁜 접시에 옮겨 담고 통후추를 그라인더로 갈아 더해줍니다 :D
김도 막 부셔서 뿌리지 마시고 칼로 가지런히 썰어서 얹어주면... 헿
짧은 시간에 한 요리치곤 맛깔나게 예쁘쥬~??
진짜 두반장으로 꼭 해보세요 생각보다 진짜 맛있어요!!!!
울 스티미언분들 아무리 바쁘고 그래도 밥은 꼭 챙겨드세요!
외식도 너무너무 좋지만 가끔은 이렇게 집에서 냉장고를 뒤적여 헤치워보세요 :)
다이어트한다고 너무 안먹으면 살 더 찐다는 사실...!
모쪼록 따뜻한 한 끼 이렇게나마 보여드리는 걸로 만족하며..
기분 좋은 하루, 뜻깊은 주말 보내자구요!!
