삼성은 모르겠네요. 애플은 환불 정책이 저렇더군요.
그런데 제품 자체이상보다 디자인 이상 저런 사소한 부분 저정도 되고 더 되면..
교환은 안되고 환불만 가능하고 대신 다른 모델 구입은 가능하긴 하더군요.
