크롬 브라우저 주소창에 chrome://flags 를 입력합니다.

#enable-lazy-image-loading를 검색합니다. 그리고 그 항목을 활성화(Enabled) 합니다.

이렇게 설정하면 화면에 보이지 않는 이미지를 미리 로드하지 않는다고 합니다.
페이지 로딩 속도가 빨라지고 네트워크 데이터를 절약할 수 있습니다.
