선하고 유익한 것을 갖추기 위해
끊임없이 정진함으로써 힘을 갖춘다.
선하고 유익한 것에 있어
물러섬이 없이 노력하기를 굳건하고 확고히 한다.
이것이 바로 비구가 힘을 갖추는 길이다.
