홈플러스에서 스피루리나를 샀는데 열어보니 캡슐로 되어있었어요. 근데 캡슐이 너무 프라스틱같아서 먹기가 쫌.. 그래서 캡슐을 열고 가루약먹듯 먹는데 자꾸 흘려서 ㅜㅜ
인터넷찾아보니 스피루리나 용량이 500mg 하루에 20개씩이라는데 이건 하루에 500짜리 2개씩 먹으라고 써 있어서 하루4개 먹는중.. 영양제 과용을 안좋아하는 편이라 ㅋㅋ
