멕시코시티 중심을 가로지르는 레포르마 거리를 걷다가 우연히 발견한 예술작품입니다. 위촐족의 구슬 공예 기법을 사용했습니다. 전통적인 방법은 아주 작고 화려한 색색 구슬을 하나하나 꿰어서 완성하는 건데 이 작품은 어떻게 완성했는지 모르겠네요. 사람 키보다도 훨씬 큰 말이라서 수공예로 하나하나 꿰었을 것 같진 않은데 말이죠. 전통 퓨전 예술품을 제작하는 멘차카 스튜디오(Menchaca Studio) 작품입니다.
