For me Yoga is about meditation, balancing my mind as well as my emotions through exercises and breathing and listening to my body.
Many people associate Yoga with specific poses in their mind.
In Yoga a pose is called asana.
My goal is to be able to do as many poses, but be as relaxed as possible doing each asana.
Today is Saturday, 21 of October. I focused on doing the Warrior-III Pose correctly and enjoying it.

I tried to hold this pose for 7 seconds.
While holding it, I of course breathe during the pose as comfortable as possible!
I repeated it 3 times
