설연휴 본가에 다녀오긴 했지만, 처갓집에서 숙식을 해결하고 있습니다.
딸과 손녀들이 제주에서 왔다고 해서, 장모님이 아침 저녁으로 식사에 신경을 쓰고 준비하시는 모습이 너무 죄송스러웠습니다.
그래서 오늘은 설이기도 하고 해서 모두가 좋아하는 만두를 준비하기로 했습니다.
결혼하고 나서 처가 식구들이 제가 만든 만두에 길들여져(?) 있는데 저희 가족이 제주로 떠난 이후로 만두를 못 먹었거든요. 그래서! 준비했습니다. ㅎ
만두 200개!
준비하는 동안 정말 먹고 싶었다고 했던 장모님이랑 처형, 그리고 장인어른!
저희가 다시 제주로 가고 나서도 냉동실에 두고 드실 수 있도록 충분히(?) 만든다고 만들었는데.. 만든날 절반은 먹은 것 같네요. ㅎ
