8월이 시작됐습니다.

요몇일 죽음의 더위를 느끼고 있습니다.

그래서 운동도 강제로 쉬는 명분을 만들어서 몸이 뻐근하네요…

7월의 목표가 더위에도 운동 열심히 하기 였는데, 달성률이 50%로 저조합니다.

이번 8월은 80%로 올리는 것이 목표입니다.
