Suggestion # 1 to Make Kryptonia Website for A More Positive User Experience -

in kryptonai •  7 years ago  (edited)

1) IMPROVED KRYPTONIA USER EXPERIENCE = MORE USERS
2) MORE USERS = INCREASED VALUE OF SUP
3) HIGHER SUP = RICHER SUP HOLDERS

In Summary: 1 + 2 = 3

End of Math Lesson - Thanks for Stopping in!

SUFFICE IT TO SAY:

Nothing will increase the VALUE of SUP more than KRYPTONIA - GOING VIRAL!

(and toward that end - I write the following)

Kryptonia is a great concept, and can immensely help users with Steemit author rewards, as well as providing more buzz on Facebook pages, more re-tweets on Twitter, and many more uses. It is awesome!

...And since this is the ground floor, all the SUP we earn today, may one day be a nest egg for us all, and the key to our future dreams, whatever they may be. So the key to the whole scenario is to spare no expense to ensure that the website, Kryptonia...

IS THE AWESOMEST and MOST USEFUL WEBSITE - OF ALL WEBSITES!

Toward that end, we "Kryptonians", want people crawling over one another, to sign-up. And in order to do that, all we need to do is provide value.

The following is my 2 cents (suggestions) on how to vastly improve the USER EXPERIENCE on Kryptonia.io. These are only my 2 cents, as an end user, and are the result of my experience and comments I've received from other users on my blogs.

I want to make Kryptonia GREAT, so that it goes viral, which is great for us users, and couldn't hurt the price of SUP, either.

OK, Here's the first suggestion on my list:

  1. Have task creators confirm, rate and pay for their own completed tasks.

Payment is currently the default state of a task after clicking 'complete' on Kryptonia. What if instead, task creators could approve, rate, and confirm payment for their own tasks, which would put the power of their 'spend' back into their own hands. This is a positive alternative to having task creators "chasing down" taskers, and revoking payments for incomplete tasks. Instead of putting the focus on the negative, we move focus onto the positive. The former promotes positive feelings and unity, whereas the latter produces feelings of anger, frustration, and mistrust. All in all, I think this one simple revision would lead to higher user satisfaction, and an overall feeling of community.

I would also suggest that task creators be able to rate tasks with thumbs up/down, and results can generate percentage scores for each user. Additionally, you can have preventatives coded in, to ensure that successfully completed tasks cannot be rated 'thumbs down', which prevents personal bias, and retribution.

Finally, I think it would be inappropriate for kryptonia to be responsible for verifying completed tasks. In most eneavors in life, the expectation is that the buyer/client will ensure that the job is completed to satisfaction. It is handled that way on Ebay, Uber, Amazon, and most other sites. From my view, it would be an unnecessary and enormous undertaking for kryptonia to attempt to take on the responsibility, which is best handled by the client.

That's all for today. I have several more suggestions which I will be positing in the next several days. Feel free to follow me to stay updated on my posts: @sanitizemylife

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Good ideas. I would also like to have kryptonia account linked with steem-connect. because if usernames are different it gets hard to filter valid users

Cool, I have ten more suggestions, just from end user perspective. Feel free to read or not read. I think they all make sense, but didn't want to overwhelm. By the way, you folks are doing a great job. I have noticed the pickup in speed and I have noticed how you are now sorted higher paying tasks first. Awesome work!

Brilliant post and have a great day

its great ideas and I think it will help a lot. Thank you for sharing

Thanks for the support!

I'm new to @kryptonia in the last days, and I too was surprised to see the automatic completion. I am posting my 2nd task today (1st after the freebie) and I will watch to see how it goes. I'm glad to try anything that gets attention to my posts here.

And like steemit - I get an "in" to this coin without investing cash I don't have so I will keep on it for a while :)

Your post is always helpful and relevant! Thank you for doing so. I LEARNED a lot from your post. Looking forward to your next post.
