Michael Gan CEO of Kucoin Tweet - Spotlight new rules?

CEO of Kucoin made a tweet about to those feedbacks that they received about Spotlight, he explained that they are making new rules and it will give more transparency for the community. What do you guys think? This must be a kind of action!
But he after said that they will make a further announcement and make in touch as soon as a new update comes in.
