Kucoin is an international exchange based in Hong Kong.
Kucoin's technical architecture was built in 2013 and the actual exchange was released in September 2017 - there was also an ICO.
It is currently listing 19 cryptocurrencies with three markets - Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether
Among listed cryptos are Kyber, OmiseGo, Status and Civic. The founders also like eastern cryptos - Bytom, Hshare, Neo, Qtum, Walton with listing of Vechain incoming.
Kucoin has its own cryptocurrency known as Kucoin Shares (KCS). It's a decentralized cryptocurrency issued on the basis of Ethereum (ERC 20 token)
Kucoin Shares grant variety of bonuses including income from fees, lower trading fees and other special services.
