Ayam Pop Khas Minang

Ayam pop merupakan salah satu kekayaan kuliner di Minangkabau. Banyak tersaji di rumah makan khas Minang.

Ayam pop berwarna putih kecoklat-coklatan. Sebelum digoreng, ayamnya direbus. Sehingga terasa lembut.

Biasanya, ayam pop dihidangkan dengan cabe merah yang digiling dengan tomat. Sangat nikmat untuk disantap.Ayam Pop.JPG
