Ketan Durian Khas Aceh ; Ini salah satu olahan ketan yang paling lezat, Selain Martabak Durian, pulut durian, dll.

Di Aceh, ini dikenal "Bulukat Boh Drien". Kita hanya menjumpai nya ditempat-tempat tertentu dan terbatas.

Yang di gambar adalah olahan ibunda saya. Rasanya Nikmat dan penuh cinta.

Sebagai mana komposisi nya :
Siapkan durian, lalu remas durian sampai cair, campurkan durian dengan santan lalu panaskan adonan nya, jangan lupa kasih gula secukupnya, tunggu beberapa menit maka jadi lah kuah durian yang nikmat, akan lebih nikmat kuah durian dimakan dengan ketan. Selamat mencoba 🙏
