Kundalini for Self Love

It's been about 2 months now, hanging out above depression. It's nice to have a positive baseline, rather than a downer default. So when funny things come up it's more notable (rather than, wow! I'm doing okay today? really?!) and being closer to the fitting side of my template, I can tune into what's coming up, as to move it through.
Here is a sweet Kundalini video I just practiced with. Woke up at 0340. I love my morning subtle body.


I've been super quiet within myself lately. Really listening. Food, sleep, bliss, discomfort, gratitude, absorbency and assembly of information, triggers, hidden desires, yes's and no's, thoughts, patterns, relevancy, timelines, ripples... Stillness...
