While there are some Kung Fu practitioners that have competed in the UFC it is not common. Kung Fu is a traditional martial art. It is used to harden the body, mind and spirit. Yes it's more of a life long art. It's is also a very dangerous art when executed correctly. ☻

Yes that is the internal art of QiGong. That takes years to master.
