1kg kuru incir
500 gr ceviz içi
500 gr toz şeker
1/2 litre su
150 gram kaymak

Incirleri ilık suda 5 dakika beklettikten sonra incirlerin uzerindeki nisastayi yikayarak temizleyelim. Incirlerin ust delik kismindan isaret parmagimizi sokarak incirlerin icini genisletelim. Buraya parca halindeki cevizlerden aldığı kadar dolduralim. Acik kısımları yukarı gelecek şekilde kenarlı bir tepsiye dizelim. Toz sekeri uzerine serptikten sonra incirlerin ust seviyesine kadar su ilave edip agzi kapali olarak pisirelim. Incirler yumusayip da şurup biraz kıvama gelince tepsiyi ocaktan alarak agzi acik sekilde üstten yanan firina koyalim. incirler kızarmaya baslayinca firindan cikartalim. Soguduktan sonra üzerlerine koyacagimiz bir parça Kaymakla misafirlerimize ikram edebiliriz . işte tatlımız hazır afiyet olsun :》

My best guess for translation from Turkish:
1 kg dried figs
500 gr walnut
500 gr powdered sugar
1/2 liter water
150 grams cream
If I understand correctly:
Soak the dried figs in water for 5 minutes, Then pit the figs with the tip of your finger, stuff with walnuts, place upright in a cake pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour in the water.
Cook until figs are soft and syrup thickened.
Serve when cooled with a dollop of cream.
Sounds good, if anybody has a better translation, go for it.
