@kusadasi seyahatim devam ederken sizlere krep nasil yapilir? Bundan bahsedecegim.

Once yumurta kirilip cirpilir, sonra yeterince sut eklenir. Kıvamını buluncaya kadar un eklenir. Az miktarda tuz ve seker eklenir.

Elde edilen malzeme kasik yardimi ile yaglanmis olan tavaya dokulur.

Cift tarafli pisirilir.
