My best guess for translation from Turkish:
1 kg dried figs
500 gr walnut
500 gr powdered sugar
1/2 liter water
150 grams cream
If I understand correctly:
Soak the dried figs in water for 5 minutes, Then pit the figs with the tip of your finger, stuff with walnuts, place upright in a cake pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour in the water.
Cook until figs are soft and syrup thickened.
Serve when cooled with a dollop of cream.
