I Am Praying That My Online BTC Wallet Service Would Accept My Enhanced Verification

My online BTC wallet service (With some alts included there) had just limited my account and this time I am not allowed to even load my cellphone airtime balance much less withdraw the recently limit of $490 but now I cannot even get the ability to withdraw.

The enhanced verification (KYC) asks me to submit one of the following documents which are as follows;

• Payslip (that is no older than 3 months) - employer name, employee name, position, and breakdown of salary must be visible

• Bank statement/Certification of Deposit/Certified Letter of Banking Balance (that is no older than 3 months) - bank name, account type, account name, and running balance must be visible

• Income Tax Return (Form 1701/1700/2316) - signature and date signed must be visible

• Statement of Maturing Investments of Policy Claims - maturity should be within the last three months or the next three months

• Sale of Shares/Stocks (that is no older than 6 months) - account name, broker name, and signature should be visible

• Property Sale Contract (that is no older than 6 months) - you should be the vendor

• Inheritance (Probate Contract) - should be notarized

• Monetary Loan Agreement (no older than 3 months)- Details should include Borrower's Name, Lender's Name [Name of Bank], Amount of Loan, Signature of Bank Officer

• Trading portfolio - full name (trading account must be verified), email address, running balance, trading platform name, and wallet address must be visible

Today I just tried to submit the last one "Trading Portfolio" and I took a screenshot of my Bittrex account to show my current portfolio which only had amounted 49 dollars in total

Now I hope that they would accept it and if not I will be forced to open a bank account so that I would be able to submit the other option which is the "Bank Statement." This quite stresses me out because I do not want to open a bank account and then going to the process again. My other two banks where I have my debit cards doesn't give a good hard copy of Bank Statement so I am deciding to open another bank account for the purpose.

I still have the hope to unlock my funds there because maybe I could get a bank statement for myself so it is just an inconvenience for me to go and do that thing because basically I am locked from my account now and couldn't do anything until I get to submit the required documents.
