As mentioned in an earlier post, I am starting a new project to mine crypto currencies using solar power. I already have 6 - 100W (600W total) Grape Solar panels but, looking to buy more to cover the 750-800 W usage of my soon-to-arrive Bitmain L3+. Today I noticed that Home Depot has these panels on sale for $97 each. Wow, that less than $1/watt!
If you live in the US, and are considering buying solar panels, now is the time. New trade tariffs are about to be imposed which will drive the cost of non-US made panels up 40+%. Ouch! Even if you are not in a position to mine with solar, you could still, very cheaply, start making solar power for <$100.
Expecting the L3+ to arrive on 2/1/2018 and will post once it has.
