Slightly below expectations. First time in ages the job growth was below expectations. For perspective though this would be above average job growth before the pandemic. Unemployment ticked down slightly to 3.6%. Near a 50 year low. Labor force participation was unchanged. Prime age participation continued to increase. It is above pre-pandemic levels.

May and April got revised downward. Labor market is cooling, but still fairly hot.
