The #lacticacidbacteria I made is mostly ready. There were three containers I made. I put them in this cabinet with a heating mat that increases the temperatures to around 10° warmer than than the environment.
The smaller batch finished quite nicely and the larger container exposed to warmer temps is almost done and the other large container with less heat exposed to it seems to have hit a snag.
Temperatures is important and im seeing that here. Goal for me at least is to maintain temperature around 70°F-78°F. I over think stuff all the time. For a better understanding of this process please watch Chris Trump's video on this process! *
Next I will strain these bad boys and try my best to filter as much of the whey out of the #LAB ( lactic acid bacteria ) serum as possible.
I will use this stuff as #probiotics / #kefir starter cultures and most importantly for the #garden!
