My Encounter with KAI Part One

in lagos •  7 years ago  (edited)

On my way from visiting my uncle whose wife just delivered a bouncing baby boy (like say the pikin dey bounce !!) as I was about to cross the road to the other side to take a bus to Oshodi, a guy walked up to me and held my umbrella, I was like what the fuck is wrong with this guy?

Jay; O boy Na watin nah, dem send you?

KAI; Just follow me

Jay ; Na Jazz? ko le work, leave my umbrella before I shout Ole!

He took the umbrella from me by force and walk towards a bus, when I saw other KAI officials beside the bus on uniform then I realized he was not just an ordinary guy. At this point, I decided to go after him cos the umbrella was borrowed from a neighbor. I was more concerned about returning my neighbor's umbrella then what will happen to me. So I sheepishly followed him like a lamb going to the slaughter room.

KAI; Oya enter inside

Jay; Bros cool down now let's settle this thing, I been no no say you be an officer.

As I was trying to negotiate with him a thunderous slap blacked me out from behind for some seconds and another one woke me up from the premature comma. As the third and fourth was about to hit me I ran for my dear life into the bus and started romancing my back from the thunderous Abara mixed slaps that I received from those monsters. After about 5-10 seconds I cried out like a baby or should I say like a real kpako pikin.

Is this a real life situation sir?

Na real life ooooooooo !!! It happened in 2004 if am not mistaken.

They need to teach our officer that they are servants of the ppl not their lords

Lol......so funny...but they dont have the right to beat or hit you....things need to be done in the right way in Nigeria..

Bro, you and I know that the law enforcement agents in Nigeria are filled with animals in human skin. I was given the beating of my life that day and all I could do in my helpless state was to place curses on their generation.

Naija for you.
