Lalmai, Mainamati and Salban Bihara

The historic and archaeological sites of Comilla are Lalmai Mainamati and Salban Bihara. There are many elevations, the northern part is called Mainamati and the southern part is called Lalmai, and the Salvan vihara is situated in the middle of Lalmai and Mainamati. King Buddha built it in the eighth century. It houses 115 rooms, spacious courtyards and the middle of the cruciarchal temple. The only gateway to the temple which is facing north is a lot like the Paharpur monastery. In this room, Buddhist monk lived and studied and practiced religion. Kutila Mora is situated within the cantonment, 5 kilometers north of Shalvan Bihar, which is a symbol of Buddhist establishment. There are three Buddhist temples here that represent Buddha, Dharma and Sangha representing the three gems. The small rectangular shrine is located in the northwestern part of Kutila Mura, 2.5 kilometers away from the Charpatra Mora. This monastery has only a door in the east, which is a spacious place towards the room. There are also Itkhola Mura, Rupban Mura, Latikat Mura and Bhuj Vihara. Many historical monuments such as copper plate, gold and silver coins, bronze statues, stone sculptures and terracotta plaques are preserved in the Mainamati Museum at the Mainamati Museum.

Mainamati War Cemetery A Commonwealth war cemetery in Comilla, Bangladesh. In order to protect the memory of 45,000 Commonwealth soldiers who were killed in Burma's war in World War II, 9 rock grazing land was built in Myanmar (Assam, Burma), and Bangladesh. There are two Commonwealth war cemeteries in Bangladesh, one in Comilla and the other in Chittagong. Every year, many foreign and foreign visitors came to the cemetery to honor the soldiers killed in the war.

The Mainamati Rana Cemetery was originally a cemetery of Indian (then) and British soldiers killed in World War II (1903-1945). It was created in 1946. The location of this war cemetery very close to Comilla Cantonment, about 9 kilometers away from Comilla town. This cemetery was founded by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) and they are responsible for organizing this cemetery. Every year in November there is an annual meeting of religious leaders of all religions.

There are 736 graves in the cemetery. Most of the deceased were in the hospital's dead soldiers. Besides, some bodies were moved from place to place after the war and buried here. According to the army, there are 3 sailors, 567 soldiers and 166 pilots. A total of 723 deaths were known.

An arcade in the entrance of the tomb, in which the walls and walls of this cemetery have a wall plaque inserted in history and story written in English and Bangla. Inside the straight path in front, on which there is a burial rope on the rows. According to the religion of the soldiers, their grave fruit can be seen in the name of the name, death date, posthumous and religious symbol as well - crossing the grave of Christians, Arabic writing on the grave of Muslims (eg: Hual Gafur) is notable. There is an elevated staircase on the right side of the pedestal, crossing the holy symbol of Christendom. There are two more arcades on the side of the altar. These arcades can be made to the backside of the cemetery. There are also many grave slabs there. Each flower grape is decorating in between the two grave pockets. There are lots of trees in the entire cemetery. There is a unique grave beside the front street of the cemetery, where at one place the 23 grave slabs are surrounded by a place.
