The Lamborghini Urus 2023 is a luxury SUV that combines the best attributes of the Lamborghini Aventador, the Bentley Bentayga and even the Aventador SVJ. It features a mid-mounted twin-turbocharged V8 engine that delivers 691 hp, allowing it to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 217 mph (349 km/h).
It will be available in two trims: the standard Urus with a 4.0L naturally aspirated V8 and an optional hybrid drivetrain that uses an electric motor to power the front wheels. The battery pack is located under the floor of the vehicle and can be charged by plugging into a standard power outlet.
The car has been designed to make use of a number of different active safety technologies, such as Automatic Emergency Braking and Blind Spot Detection. The Urus also has forward collision mitigation with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning and active cruise control.
The vehicle also has numerous driver assistance systems to help drivers stay safe on the road: Lane Keeping Assistance using steering torque vectoring, Dynamic Traction Control, Brake Assist with Stop & Go functions or Cornering Brake Control.
