Lanzarote is so beautiful ♥♥♥

Wow high and welcome Meiling so glad you managed to get signed back in. Yesnit looks more like Wales at the moment. Its great for us on the land. We actually have grass growing in the garden. But the tourists arnt so happy 💜😎💜

lovely to see the green side of things...is the Maize used for wildstock or for people? Nice post.

Yes itsbthe most green its ever been Marion.
But this morning we have more rain, so more green will come. The Maize is used for both but mostly the dried leaves and storks are used for the goats. Non GMO maize is such a blessing as most of the worlds maize is modified these days. Its called Gofio when its ground down for cooking. 💜😎

Wow. interesting. Since all corn we touch or hear about is GMO. There I dont eat it much. Once a year for that childhood pleasure from yesterday when food was clean. Do you know originally the corn cob was really tiny. They started changing it so that it would feed more. I love driving past field and fields of it. Looks cool. Interesting...:)) I was also wondering where more green things were. Like Trees and flowers.

I have seen multi colourd corn which looks like GMO but is infact organic, I seen to think it was not originaly yellow either. We only have palm trees, and small flowers like Daiseys. We have been trying to grow a Moringa for thlast couple of years but it doesnt like the wind, but we are pushing on, bless it.

All corn in North America is GMO. thanks to Monsanto no doubt. I am not sure about South America. That is where the Inca's grew it and it was really small. Coloured corn here is what we call Indian Corn. Not sure what they did with that. Popcorn maybe. Where do you sit to get out of the sun? What is a Moringa? Can you grow a flower in a pot? on a Patio? I have trouble with tomatoes here cuz of the wind. STill working on it.

We sit under parasols and sunblinds or on the tereace with a cold beer. Look up Moringa tree or the tree of life it is the most fascinating diacovery you will make today. Growing is difficult herebits either to windy to rainy or to sunny but it can be done. Farmers grow onions grapes sweet potatoes as they grow in sand... Bananas are grown in places but mostly on Gran canaria 😁 As for flowers watch this space 💜😁

well ok I will look it up when back from my run. after I look it up I will have a Heineken please . hee Mary Poppins had a parasol did she not, whilst she twirled around with that chimney sweep fellow. hee

Para Sol. For Sun. Quick Spanish lesson. I think you would call it a beach umbrella.
