Nothing to See Here, except for Beautiful Natural Phenomena ... Koh Lanta, Thailand – LandScape Photography

There was not much to see on this beach – except the earth, the water, the sky, and various things in between and beyond.

The phenomena of nature

On most days during my 2-week stay on this beach, I saw nothing.    

Nothing except nature – the wide expanse of almost pristine beach, many jagged rocks, a few smooth rocks, the sea with its undulating surface and its ever-changing colors, various cloud formations drifting overhead, and the azure sky stretching from horizon to horizon.  

The nature of phenomena

Of course, even though it seemed as if there was nothing on that beach and as if nothing was happening, nature was as dynamic as ever. A glimpse of the detail below shows that the scene was not quite as still as I had remembered it.    

In the center of the photo, a small wave is crashing against and breaking over a solitary rock – maybe to remind us that there’s always something happening in this world of phenomena. That’s its nature. Location – Koh Lanta, Thailand, on Google Maps
