What does it mean? It means we are going to be cold until March. Or April.
Winters here are long and cold. We hate to realize it is now upon us. Hope to squeeze out a late fall break in the weather, Indian Summer. There is still a chance. However, that might mean a few days of high temperatures in the 50's. Above zero!
We just had a light frost. Only the really tender plants were affected. Looks like you got a heavier one than we did!
