Five Day of Winter (alternative interpretation)

Here are a few black and white interpretive art photos of winter... tell me how you like :)

My alternative { pirates ftw } contest rules are:

Seven (or more) black and white images that represent an aspect of your life. {I reserve the right to add extra photos and interpret black and white from an artistic standpoint for the sake of creativity and a bit of saucy fun}

Present one image every day for any seven days. {days must be non consecutive}

No people. {animals and other living objects are perfectly acceptable}

Any explanation. {heh most of them won't need explanation, but whatever}

Nominate someone every day, or don't, however anyone can join in the fun. {meh, this is all self nomination at this point cause everyone has done this at least once and it's getting old}

Use the tag - #sevendaybnwchallenge - as one of your five tags. {sure}

The #landscapephotography tag is also useful if it applies!

Today I nominate YOU because you are reading this post. Go for it!

I just happened to come across this post in my feed! Went to your spot, and see you are in Colorado!! Are you in Eastern or western part of Colorado? I'm over in Montrose! Also is the dog in your pic a greyhound??

im outside of denver. are you in Rocky mountain Steemit? its a server for coloradians. which dog?

Yes I am in Rocky Mtn steem altho I have as of yet to see them resteem anything of mine. 😐. The dog here in the pic with bunny ears on? Is it a greyhound?

hahah no thats a bull terrier.

Lol, I still haven't finished my first sevendaybnwchallenge. Piling up on me just like that snow. Tell that person it's a white hophound. Native to Scandinavia. Prized breed. Really likes cookies.

Your surroundings look so idyllic, especially under all that snow. Purty.

it was sad really, so pretty when i woke up and a few hours later all gone...

That's been my experience with "snow" for most of my life. Gets just cold enough to fall, and then it's all pretty much melted by the morning, or end of the next day. The past few years have been a bit nicer, which I've enjoyed.

These are stunning. I particularly like the fog and the refection in the water. Great shots!

thanks!

These are defitely beautiful! I like the birds ones and the third one. Pretty bird...

yes! that was a lucky shot i think :)
