分享福州的“拗九节”----福州民间称正月初九为上九，十九为中九，廿九为后九，福州方言中“后”与“拗”谐音,因此每年阴历正月廿九日被定为“拗九节”。这一天必定要“拗九粥”，就是用糯米、红糖，再加上花生、红枣、荸荠、芝麻、桂圆等原料，煮成甜粥，敬父母、赠亲友，现在已然成了一种尊老敬老、崇尚孝顺的风气。
