For my crypto trading and my Thai wife in Thailand.
The laptop is about 5 years old. The money I paid for it is €115 (a piece). It's mainly for browser work and for security reasons I'll download rarely on this laptop and keep it secure from hackers. This laptop will be for crypto business only and nothing else. Password secured and absolutely for private use *only for me, all mines". It's an professional laptop for IT use and programmers. It has special specifications for programmers on, not my cup of tea. The new price for this laptop 5 years back was $1,600. That's insane, but somewhere I get why it is. The things used for this laptop as in minerals. The body is made of a fancy metal and not plastic to say the least, which makes it a little heavier than I'm used to.
Some specifications.
Brand DELL. Eww, dell Wy y nut aple?
The laptop is 12.5 inch.
Chipset Intel Core i5-2540M 2.4ghz.
4 gigabytes of RAM DDR3. Can upgrade this to 8GB RAM, but not really necessary just for browser work.
The hard drive has a space of 320GB on it. Maybe I'll change this to a SSD hard drive, but the boot time is 35 seconds and the laptop is not slow at all. The SSD hard drive might even be more expensive than this laptop, just being advertised and sold for 115 bucks....
The GPU is a Intel HD graphics 4000 card.
It has a VGA and HDMI port, can hook it up on any TV.
4 USB ports, USB 2.0.
It's a refurbished laptop and it came with 12 months of warranty. It has some wear and tear marks on it, but other than that I'm very pleased about my purchase. The company that sold it delivered it in one day and had a lot of good reviews, good prices.
That's a ugly ass picture
A handy feature to change the hard drive or ram. To access the motherboard and all the chips with it, you just have to unscrew, one screw. A very comfortable feature for someone who likes to play around with their chips and by that I don't mean poker chips. Hilarious I know
A little tiny laptop you can go all geek on, bring out your inner geek.
Good post.
