New Laptop Troubles

Hello friends,

I'm sorry that I haven't been very active on here lately. I've not been feeling too good lately, and did not have the energy or motivation to put in time on here. I apologize for not responding to comments, I'll be trying to get to those soon.

It's sort of been one thing after another recently. I finally get my replacement laptop, and am using it and feeling like I'm getting back into the swing of things. Then my charger breaks, sort of. It seemed to be having issues for a few days, and now won't work at all. So, my laptop is dead. There goes gaming, and the new source of income that I just started doing. Sigh. Hopefully the repair shop I contacted will be able to help out on Monday. I really don't want to buy a new charger, as this would be a branded charger and cost near $100. And I spending that would definitely be painful.

As for the new income source, it's writing lesson summaries for Zenva's educational courses. It's pretty fun so far, as I enjoy the material. I'm really wanting to progress further with their game development courses. I'm going to try to do that once I get my laptop fully functional again.

I don't know if it's just my brain being weird, but it legitimately feels like this place is cursed. So many bad things have happened to my girlfriend and I. I'm really looking forward to going home. Though it's definitely not like America is all that great. Someday I'll live somewhere that doesn't suck, even if I have to build an Earthship in the middle of the woods somewhere.
