What kind of plant is this?

Maybe a three tip sage? The leaves don't seem like a sage variety. I am in Las Vegas and the soil right here is primarily clay. Also if it was able to bloom it certainly is not doing so as everything is still in bloom currently.

I was going to do a fermented plant juice (fpj) tomorrow morning. This is plant is sticking out as a healthy and optimal plant to ferment.
